Runyan concedes mistakes in move to avert mudslinging

Former Eagles offensive lineman Jon Runyan, who is running for Congress as a Republican in South Jersey's Third District, staged an unusual news conference Wednesday to admit mistakes and to try to deflect personal attacks during the campaign.
