Accused cop killer Eric Floyd has been removed from the courtroom afterassaulting his defense attorney Wednesday. The incident occurredafter the judge ordered Floyd from the courtroom during jury selection in the 2008 killing of Philadelphia Police Sgt. StephenLiczbinski.
