Elderly Driver Strikes 2 Workers In Philadelphia

Philadelphia police are investigating the cause of an accident thatsent three people to the hospital on Friday morning. Chopper 3 HDwas over the scene of the accident at Byberry Road and Sepue Avenue inthe Somerton section of Philadelphia just after 11a.m.
